I was born and raised in New Jersey to parents who were both artists. After graduating high school, in 1988, I joined the U.S. Navy and became an Aviation Anti-Submarine Warfare Operator(AW), which involved flying around in P-3C Update III Orions hunting and tracking submarines. Sometime in 1990-91, the fabulous Cold War ended and there were budget cuts, so I took an early out and returned to civilian life with an honorable discharge.
Since then, I have worked as a freelance artist, picking up odd jobs like helping my friend, Axel Stocks, paint in his own blood. I worked for a commercial art studio for over ten years, producing ad comps, storyboards, book illustrations, and character and logo designs. Now, I'm out on my own as a 100% freelancer.
Apparently, I have had the same hairstyle for most of my life.
