     Those of you who have made it this far are entitled to the greatest gift/curse of all: the Truth. Agony a Go-Go was a concept dreamt up by myself(Kurt Komoda) and others over a period of several years. It seems a silly thing to collectively fantasize about something so mundane as a nightclub, but to us it was, and still is, more than that. Agony a Go-Go was just one way for us to spontaneously spew forth ideas, to create stories and characters in a world that all of us could visualize. Since this website has been put up, more and more people have found themselves drawn towards the concept of suspending their disbelief for just a moment to "play along" with the charade. Most web travellers who stumble upon our lonely site are those simply looking for a decent nightspot to hang out in: that, we cannot offer. What we can offer is a forum to express yourself artistically and creatively by adding to the mythology. The ongoing story behind Agony a Go-Go is always open to addition!
     As for me, anyway, AaGG has created a good project into which I can focus some of my creative skills. With a basic structure to follow, I can more or less freely create characters, stories, and drawings with some sense of purpose. Others have shared this as well. I certainly invite you to join us. When diving in as deep as I have when creating Agony a Go-Go, it will always pain me to know that all I have created is a phantom. To know the truth is obviously a let down, yet knowing this does open to you a creative opportunity. Agony a Go-Go does not exist. Now you know. Now it's as real for you as it is for me.
